Brilliant with a deep garnet colour, intense undergrowth fruit aromas, blackberry, blackcurrant. Elegant and smooth palate with notes of ripe black fruit and liquorice. Nice aromatic freshness ; present but smooth tannins. Food Match: Meat in a sauce, roast beef, duck filet, to be served at 16°C; a little cooler it will be the perfect partner of salads and pork products.
