Cotes de Thongue, Languedoc Rousillon
Deep garnetred colour; notes of black fruit, violet, liquorice and eucalyptus. In the mouth, aromas of soft liquorice but also notes of pepper, juniper berry. Velvet tannins and very smooth and suave final. Food Match : Lamb, beef, cheese but also as an aperitif.
